What you’ll be doing

  • Designing and developing AI Agents that meet project objectives around time, budget, and quality.
  • Staying up to date with the latest AI advancements, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Applying engineering approaches (such as MLOps) to decrease technical debt and address risk.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and communicating AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What you’ll bring

  • Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and agent-based AI concepts (e.g. RAG, multi-agent systems, conversational agents).
  • Programming experience with languages such as Python or R.
  • Familiarity with AI frameworks and platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Autogen AI Agents, or TensorFlow Agents.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to optimise agent behaviour and interactions.
  • Experience applying cloud-native engineering techniques for scalable AI solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a collaborative team.

Employment Type: Full-time Permanent

Location: UK Wide

Security Clearance Level: SC eligible

Salary: up to £60,000

Benefits: 25 days annual leave with the option to buy additional days, health cash plan, life assurance, pension, and flexible benefits fund
