  • Develop and optimise Power BI semantic models to enable self-service analytics
  • Create intuitive, high-impact dashboards for revenue, engagement, product usage, and retention metrics

Stakeholder Collaboration & Insights Generation

  • Work closely with teams across the business to understand reporting needs and define actionable metrics
  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling visuals and stories
  • Use data to drive alignment, decision-making, and measurable impact

Governance, Enablement & Documentation

  • Implement secure, scalable data governance in Power BI (workspace structure, row-level security, access control)
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for data definitions, transformation logic, and dashboard usage
  • Enable teams through training and support to explore and understand their data

Skills & Experience Must-Haves

  • Experience designing and delivering ELT workflows using Power BI or similar tools
  • Strong proficiency with Power BI Desktop and Service (DAX, Power Query, semantic modelling)
  • Experience in a SaaS business, familiar with metrics like MRR/ARR, churn, CAC, CLTV
  • Ability to integrate data from multiple sources (APIs, cloud apps, databases)
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate business needs into technical solutions

Experience we’d love to see

  • Coaching or enabling non-technical users to interpret dashboards
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps)
  • Experience in a fast-paced SaaS or scale-up environment
  • Background in tech/SaaS start-ups
