What You'll Do

At M-KOPA, you'll build sophisticated event-driven microservices with real-world impact. Our engineering teams own their solutions end-to-end—from architecture decisions to production monitoring. You will combine cutting-edge .NET development with purpose-driven engineering enabling digital and financial inclusion across Africa.

Technical Environment

• Modern C# Stack: C# with the latest .NET

Your On-boarding: Internal Engineering Bootcamp — immersive onboarding into our event-driven architecture and engineering practices.

Our Engineering Approach

We seek low-ego, experienced engineers who collaborate well and embrace continual learning. You will work as a collaborator with coaching from more senior engineers. Emphasis on:

What You Need

You will own the entire software stack, including supporting infrastructure, throughout the full software lifecycle in a DevOps culture. You should value continuous delivery, testing, and observability as core practices.
