This consultancy is now seeking an

experienced Senior Electrical Building Services Designer

to join their London team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a role where you'll not only deliver on high-profile projects across multiple sectors but also play a key part in the management and growth of an expanding electrical engineering design team.

The Role You'll be responsible for: Overseeing and preparing designs across the full range of building services Supervising installations on-site delivered by third parties Contributing to health & safety planning and compliance Delivering energy strategies and ensuring Part L compliance Producing surveys, feasibility studies, and technical reports Preparing maintenance strategies and managing contracts Maintaining and developing strong client relationships, securing repeat business Supporting fee proposals and assisting in negotiations with clients Leading and developing team members, ensuring clear succession planning What We're Looking For Proven experience in electrical building services design A collaborative team player who thrives under pressure Strong client-facing skills, able to ensure project objectives and deadlines are met Leadership qualities with the ability to develop and mentor a growing team Commercial acumen to support business development and contribute to company growth Why Join?
