Senior Building Services Designer (Electrical) - London. My client is a leading multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy delivering projects across the UK and Europe. They work on schemes from small works to £200m+ contracts across sectors including education, health, residential, infrastructure, and commercial. The consultancy seeks an experienced Senior Electrical Building Services Designer to join their London team, with opportunities to deliver high-profile projects and contribute to the management and growth of an expanding electrical engineering design team.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and preparing designs across the full range of building services
• Supervising installations on-site delivered by third parties
• Contributing to health & safety planning and compliance
• Delivering energy strategies and ensuring Part L compliance
• Producing surveys, feasibility studies, and technical reports
• Preparing maintenance strategies and managing contracts
• Maintaining and developing strong client relationships, securing repeat business
• Supporting proposals and assisting in negotiations with clients
• Leading and developing team members, ensuring clear succession planning
