You will lead the design and engineering process, ensuring all deliverables meet technical specifications and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:Develop, check, and approve designs and documentation across all project phasesContribute to design and safety reviewsDeliver cost–effective technical solutions and support site surveys, installation, and commissioningLead and mentor design teams while managing sub–contractorsEnsure compliance with safety legislation, industry codes, and statutory regulationsPrepare Design Assessment Reports (DARs) and support design substantiation or period reviewsEssential Requirements:Degree in a relevant engineering/technical discipline or equivalent experienceProven HVAC and Building Services design experience, including ventilation and piped servicesTrack record of delivering successful design solutionsStrong understanding of safety legislation and statutory regulationsExperience leading design teams, managing sub–contractors, and bid preparationStrong organisational, interpersonal, and commercial skillsDesirable:Chartered Engineer (CEng) or working towards chartershipExperience with containment or process ventilation systemsKnowledge of design software and outputsConstruction site experienceExperience in the nuclear or other highly regulated industries #J-18808-Ljbffr
