Ready to take your CAD career global? You'll lead a detailing team, work on bespoke construction projects, and play a vital role in building a new North American division while massively increasing your Salary inline with the American market
What you'll do
- Lead and supervise a team of detailers, providing training, mentoring and quality oversight.
- Produce and issue accurate CAD drawings to deadlines, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with project and structural engineers on technical designs and site requirements.
- Conduct site visits, resolve technical issues, and deliver product presentations to clients and teams.
- Develop training guides, SOPs and presentations to continually improve departmental standards.
- Maintain accurate project logs, prioritise workloads, and ensure delivery dates are achieved.
What you'll need
- Strong background in detailing with proficiency in CAD (AutoCAD).
- Experience supervising or mentoring others in a detailing or design team.
- Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.
- Confident communicator with strong client-facing and internal collaboration skills.
- Willingness to relocate to the USA within 12 months.
