Senior Civil Engineer Braintree | Full-Time | Hybrid Working Available
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead and deliver a range of civil engineering projects. This is a client-facing role with responsibility for technical design, project management, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead civil engineering projects from survey to delivery
  • Build strong client relationships and manage key accounts
  • Approve technical calculations and oversee design work (AutoCAD/C3D/InfoDrainage)
  • Prepare and submit documentation for planning, tender, and construction
  • Manage internal and external design teams
  • Conduct site inspections and report on progress, safety, and quality
  • Chair project meetings and contribute to fee management and invoicing.
  • Deputise for the Associate when required
  • Maintain accurate records andplete CPD training
    • About You
  • Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Working toward or already Chartered (Eng/CEng MICE)
  • Strong technical and project management skills
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, InfoDrainage
  • Confidentmunicator with leadership experience
  • Able to manage multiple projects and coordinate teams
