We are looking to appoint an exceptional Senior Civil Engineer to work on a diverse array of projects within our experienced team in Bristol. You will play a key role in delivering major Highways/Public Realm and/or Infrastructure/Drainage projects, including Residential, Custodial, Healthcare, Education, MOJ, Commercial, and Leisure sectors. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you can expect to:
- Produce technical designs, specifications, and reports for a variety of projects in terms of size, type, and complexity, both single discipline and multi-disciplinary.
- Assist in achieving the discipline business plan targets through sustainable development of business relationships, supporting senior leadership.
About You
As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will play a lead role in shaping our offerings, as part of a collaborative, talented team. To be considered, you must have:
- A degree or equivalent in civil engineering or a related subject, working towards a professional qualification.
- Experience delivering infrastructure schemes and bespoke projects.
- Good knowledge of industry design software packages.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented, positive attitude, capable of leading a team to success.
It is desirable to have:
- Chartered status (CEng) with post-chartered relevant experience or IEng with post-incorporated experience.
- Engagement in CPD activities.
- Understanding of contracts and forms of appointment.
- Strong client liaison skills and ability to build rapport with internal and external teams.
