Are you an experienced Civil Engineer ready to take the next step in your career? Our client, a leading multidisciplinary consultancy, is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join their dynamic and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on diverse, high-profile projects, where you'll play a key role in delivering innovative engineering solutions. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you'll take ownership of projects from concept through to delivery. You'll lead the design, planning and management of a variety of civil engineering works, ensuring projects are completed to the highest technical standards, on time and within budget. You'll also act as a key point of contact for clients, deputise for Associates when required, and provide mentorship to junior team members. This is a role for someone who enjoys combining technical excellence with strong client relationship management. You will be responsible for: Leading projects to meet time, cost and quality targets. Preparing and reviewing detailed technical designs using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and InfoDrainage. Managing internal and external design consultants as part of coordinated project teams. Carrying out site inspections to monitor progress, health & safety, and quality standards. Approving technical calculations, reports, and documentation for planning, tender and construction stages. Supporting client account management and long-term relationship building. Managing project finances, including fee projections and invoicing. Providing technical guidance and mentoring to team members. About You: Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent). Progressing towards or already achieved Chartered Engineer (CEng/MICE) status. Strong technical design background, with experience across a range of civil engineering projects. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to influence, motivate and lead others. Flexible, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
