Senior Civil Engineer £50,000 Romsey, Hampshire

We’re working with a well-established consultancy based in Hampshire, known for their design-led, high-quality civil engineering work. As their project pipeline continues to grow, they’re now looking for a Senior Civil Engineer.

What you’ll be doing:

Management of projects, both large and small, from inception through to completion Technically review designs produced by others and verify completeness to technical and company standards Working closely with architects, structural engineers, and external consultants Supporting junior engineers and contributing to internal QA processes Managing workloads and taking a client-facing role when required What we’re looking for:

7+ years’ UK civil engineering consultancy experience Strong background in drainage and external works design (SuDS, S104, S278, etc.) Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or MicroDrainage Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work independently and lead small project teams Ideally working toward or already professionally accredited What’s on Offer: £50,000+ salary 35 hour working week 25 days holiday Pension scheme + profit-sharing bonus Cycle to work scheme Life assurance & Income protection
