Senior Civil Engineer \nAre you an experienced Civil Engineer looking to take the next step in your career? You'll have the autonomy to lead projects from concept through to delivery, while also mentoring and developing junior engineers. \nWhat you'll be doing: \n·Leading and managing a variety of civil engineering projects, from housing developments to energy infrastructure and highways. \n·Producing and reviewing technical reports, drawings, specifications, and calculations.

\n·Ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations. \n·Managing financial aspects of projects, including forecasting, proposals, and invoicing. \n·Building and maintaining resilient client relationships, attending design team and client meetings, and providing expert insights.

\n·Coaching and mentoring junior engineers, helping to grow the next of talent. \n·Contributing to continuous improvement across systems, processes, and project delivery. \n·Supporting business growth by engaging in networking and building your professional presence.

\nWhat we're looking for: \n·Degree in Civil Engineering (or related field). \n·Proven consultancy experience working across multiple sectors. \n·Strong technical knowledge, including: \noCivil 3D design \noEarthworks modelling \noDrainage network modelling \noFlood risk assessments (desirable) \noCAD (desirable) \n·Excellent skills in report writing, project management, and relationship building.
