About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex civil engineering projects from start to finish

  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering development and high-quality output

  • Liaise with clients, delivering technically robust and commercially sound solutions

  • Prepare and review designs, drawings, and reports (Section Agreements 278, 38, 185, 104)

  • Utilise AutoCAD, Civil3D, InfoDrainage, or equivalent software

  • Maintain a hands-on approach to design, project management, and delivery

  • Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a UK civil engineering consultancy

  • Proven experience leading projects and managing client relationships

  • Practical knowledge of Section Agreements 278, 38, 185, and 104

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil3D, InfoDrainage, or similar software

  • Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills

  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on delivery and team development
