Job Overview Deliver high-quality civil engineering design solutions across drainage, highways, and infrastructure schemes. Work directly with clients, representing the company at meetings and building strong relationships. Ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards, on time and within budget. Lead on design decisions, checking technical work and supporting junior engineers/technicians. Job Requirements Minimum of 7 years' UK experience in civil engineering consultancy Chartered or near Chartered status (ICE) preferred - full support provided if working toward Strong communication and client-facing skills Proficiency in drainage design (MicroDrainage essential, Civil 3D desirable) Experience in FRA, drainage strategies and SUDS design Highways design experience beneficial Comfortable leading projects, checking designs and supporting junior engineers/technicians Bennett and Game Recruitment are a multi-disciplined technical recruitment agency based in Chichester, West Sussex operating across the UK with specialist teams covering a range of industries.
