OverviewAre you an experienced Civil Engineer ready to step into a senior role with greater responsibility and influence? We're looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to join our clients growing teams across the South Midlands, contributing to the design and delivery of infrastructure and development projects across the region.Working on commercial projects such as logistics parks, offices, schools etc, this role offers the opportunity to lead on the civil engineering aspects of a wide variety of projects, from site development and highways to drainage and infrastructure design. You will be responsible for technical delivery, client liaison, and guiding junior team members, while playing a key role in shaping the future success of the practice.ResponsibilitiesLead the design of civil engineering projects including highways, drainage, earthworks, and utilitiesPrepare and review design calculations, technical drawings, and reportsManage projects through planning, design, and construction stagesLiaise with clients, contractors, local authorities, and stakeholdersProvide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers and techniciansEnsure designs comply with current legislation, standards, and best practiceSupport business development and contribute to bids and proposalsAbout YouDegree in Civil Engineering or related discipline (MEng / BEng)Chartered or Incorporated (CEng / IEng) status with ICE, or working towards itStrong technical expertise in highways, drainage, and general infrastructure designExperienced with relevant design software (e.g., Civil 3D, MicroDrainage, AutoCAD)Track record of successful project delivery in the UKExcellent communication, leadership, and organisational skillsCommercial awareness and a proactive, solutions-driven approachIf you're ready to make an impact as part of a forward-thinking consultancy and take on a pivotal role in delivering infrastructure projects across the UK, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
