Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, design, and delivery of complex civil and infrastructure projects
  • Manage multidisciplinary project teams and mentor junior engineers
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes
  • Oversee project budgets, timelines, and technical compliance
  • Contribute to the strategic growth and reputation of the consultancy in the region

About You

  • A degree in Civil Engineering (Chartered status or working towards is desirable)
  • 5+ years’ experience in civil or infrastructure design and delivery
  • Strong project management and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and client-facing ability
  • A proactive approach with a passion for delivering high-quality engineering solutions
