Senior CAD Designer Interior Design London | High-end hospitality projects We're working with a globally recognised interior design studio known for its refined creativity, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence. With a diverse project portfolio that spans luxury hotels, boutique retail, high-end residential, and unique leisure destinations, this award-winning team is expanding and looking for a Senior CAD Designer to take the lead on technical drawing packages. Youll be involved from concept to completion, focusing on precise documentation and technical delivery, including drawing packages, detailing, and coordination. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced studio setting, enjoys mentoring junior designers, and takes pride in seeing a space come to life exactly as intended. What Youll Be Doing Lead the production and coordination of detailed CAD drawing packages for interior design projects Collaborate with senior designers across hospitality, commercial, retail, and residential sectors Liaise with suppliers, FF&E teams, and consultants to resolve detailed design elements Oversee quality control of drawings and ensure documentation standards are consistently met Support and mentor junior CAD team members, reviewing and guiding their output Engage in weekly resource and project planning meetings Attend site visits and support with surveys when required Keep on top of industry standards and develop skills in tools like Revit (training provided) What Were Looking For 10+ years of experience in a similar studio-based design environment Background in interior architecture or interior design (degree-qualified) Expert in AutoCAD, with strong drawing standards and attention to detail Calm under pressure, organised, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines An interest in hospitality and luxury design is highly desirable Collaborative and confident communicator, across disciplines and levels If you're looking to be part of a creative, forward-thinking studio where your experience will be valued and your input will shape standout spaces this is worth a look.
