What you’ll be doing:
- Designing, developing, and owning scalable data pipelines and APIs.
- Working with Azure, dbt, SQL, and Python to deliver cloud-first solutions.
- Taking ownership of data quality and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Defining and documenting solution architectures and technical designs.
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders across engineering, data science, and business functions.
- Supporting troubleshooting and resolving issues related to data management.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong hands-on experience in SQL, Python, and data warehousing best practices.
- Proven expertise with Azure (data services, infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines).
- Experience deploying via GitHub/Azure DevOps or similar tools.
- Ability to work with structured and unstructured data.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to influence across technical and non-technical teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate solutions to both engineers and business stakeholders.
- Azure Cloud certifications.
- Experience with dbt and modern orchestration tools.
- Exposure to data governance, metadata management, or data quality frameworks.
