We put data at the heart of every decision. You’ll be part of the Data & Analytics team enabling access to insights and advanced analysis, and providing quality datasets for ML models. In this role, as a Senior DataOps Engineer, you will expand our data platform and design, implement, and maintain data tools for our 500+ internal users and clients, collaborating closely with AI scientists, developers and analytics teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement new modules of the data platform, including infrastructure and data pipelines for ingestion, processing, and storage
  • Collaborate with development and analytics teams to ensure data quality and availability
  • Provide tooling for MLOps and AI teams to source quality datasets for training ML models
  • Implement monitoring and collaborate with security teams to ensure data security
  • Contribute to defining data strategies and roadmaps for data infrastructure

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in DataOps or data engineering
  • Experience with DataOps tools and technologies such as Apache Airflow, Apache Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes
  • Experience with analytical databases (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift) and knowledge of data storage formats like Iceberg, Delta Lake
  • Ability to create and maintain data infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform
  • Fluent in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or Scala
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and SQL optimisations
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog
  • Knowledge of data security principles and compliance
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
