The Company Our client is a specialist manufacturer. Due to a period of growth, they are now looking to take on a Senior Design Engineer. The Role The role will give the candidate responsibility of all the projects they are currently designing. Manage design function covering all live projects. Liaise with Project Manager and Production to ensure timely handovers. Support live programs and forecasted programs of work to highlight any high-volume times. Keep track of projects throughout the design phase. Work to the design program for the team and ensure the dates are adhered to from both their team and the customers approval turn-around. Offer site support for any specific queries on a project at any stage. Check drawings prior to being sent for approval and manufacture. Weekly update report on on-going projects. The Person Ideally degree qualified and have worked in a similar role.
