Overview

Senior Design Engineer - Hertfordshire / Greater London. RGB are working with a leading civil engineering main contractor looking for a Senior Design Engineer to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to take ownership of complex temporary works design packages on major infrastructure projects and provide technical leadership to site teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver complex temporary works design packages on major infrastructure projects.
• Provide technical leadership to site teams to ensure design integrity and safe delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in temporary works design (ideally scaffolding).
• Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering (MEng preferred).
• CEng or working towards professional accreditation.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD Pro (or similar).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to be in the office for a minimum of 3 days a week.
