Key Duties:

Ensure the structural integrity and compliance of all products with industry standards. Lead the design and development of new mechanical and sheet metal products using CAD and design software such as Creo and Windchill. Ensure all designs meet structural, cost, and manufacturing requirements. Apply design tools such as DFMEA and tolerance analysis to ensure robust product performance. Build and maintain strong working relationships with major clients. Work closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, production, and project management to ensure seamless project execution. Communicate design data effectively to team members and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in mechanical and sheet metal design. Proficiency with CAD software, including Creo and Windchill. Strong understanding of structural analysis, DFMEA, and tolerance analysis. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Hands-on approach with the ability to work across the full design lifecycle.
