The Role
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you'll work on-site in London, collaborating directly with senior leadership to scale and enhance our rapidly growing platform.
Our product combines finance, logistics, and industrial processes – a complex “1,000-piece jigsaw puzzle” – requiring sharp problem-solving skills and the ability to see the bigger picture.
You'll contribute to:

Key Requirements

5+ years of solid software engineering before transitioning into DevOps.

Proven experience in fast-paced startups, thriving under pressure and delivering results.

Strong coding background: clean, efficient, and scalable code.

Ability to simplify complex systems into elegant solutions.

Experience across multiple programming languages (polyglot mindset).

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
