Working closely with development teams, you’ll provide tools and automation to accelerate delivery, ensure security and resilience, and embed best practices across the organisation. This role offers autonomy, the opportunity to lead projects, and the chance to shape reusable infrastructure that supports EcoOnline’s mission at scale.
Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines and implement best practices in reliability, security, and cost management.
- Use Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/OpenTofu) to automate provisioning and improve consistency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across cloud services and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with development teams to enable faster, more reliable delivery.
- Mentor mid-level engineers, with the opportunity to guide future junior hires as the team grows.
- Support global SaaS expansion, ensuring infrastructure meets high availability and performance goals.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint ceremonies, and cross-team collaboration in a distributed setup.
What we\'re looking for
- You will ideally have 5+ years’ experience in SysAdmin, DevOps, or SRE roles.
- You will come with proven expertise with AWS (multi-region setups, S3, IAM, ECS, etc.).
- You will have strong skills in Terraform (or OpenTofu) and Infrastructure as Code.
- You will be hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, and GitOps.
- You have a solid background in CI/CD pipelines and automation.
- You will have experience in scripting skills (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
- You will have experience operating in large-scale, high-transaction environments.
Nice to have
- Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator, or Kubernetes Administrator.
- Experience with Azure alongside AWS.
- Programming knowledge (e.g., PHP, React, Node, C#, .NET) to support cross-team collaboration.
- Familiarity with application monitoring, debugging, and security practices.
- Previous experience mentoring engineers or leading projects.
