We're seeking a Senior Electrical, Control & Instrumentation Engineer to join the design team delivering critical projects for Sellafield, focused on CVRT systems and glovebox modifications. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced EC&I professional to contribute to nuclear safety and reliability, developing robust design solutions for both new installations and existing plant modifications.

The Role Working within a multi-disciplinary engineering team, you will:

Develop and deliver design work packages and design documentation Provide technical input for new CVRT systems and existing glovebox modifications Ensure compliance with BS 61508 and Safe System of Work requirements Support design reviews, verification, and validation activities Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure safe and effective design delivery What You'll Bring

Proven experience in EC&I design within the nuclear sector Strong understanding of functional safety and BS 61508 compliance Previous involvement in CVRT or glovebox projects (desirable) Ability to produce clear, high-quality engineering documentation and work packs Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Details
