Key Responsibilities

Lead project feasibility studies and deliver detailed electrical design from RIBA Stage 0-4. Prepare technical drawings and comprehensive electrical tender packages. Oversee electrical installations on site, ensuring quality and compliance. Conduct thorough electrical condition, pre-acquisition, dilapidation, and PPM surveys. Act as a trusted technical advisor, supporting clients and guiding contractor designs. Work efficiently within established processes while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver seamless project outcomes. Play an active role in growing and shaping the in-region M&E service offering.
