Ref: 24846 Senior Electrical Design Engineer - The Role: Electrical design, to ensure that safety and functionality goals are met Producing wiring schematic diagrams and ensuring required international regulations are followed Ensuring appropriate test procedures are in place to verify electrical safety and compliance Modelling electrical panel layouts Sourcing components such as sensors, actuators, cables and switchgear Ensuring cables and protection devices are sized correctly Developing supporting documentation Senior Electrical Design Engineer - The Person: Electrical Engineering degree/ HND or equivalent and experience as an electrical design engineer, preferably working for a machinery manufacturer Proficient user of Electrical CAD software, EPLAN ideally Familiarity with PLCs, servo drive systems, AC Inverters.
