The team structure provides quality mentoring and coaching, synchronized to your development as you grow your knowledge and working experience.ResponsibilitiesAttend client meetingsProduce all electrical design calculations and be conversant in Amtech, Dialux, and ReluxProduce designs in CAD and REVITPresent designs for stage / peer reviewUndertake condition surveysUndertake third party review of designsAttend and manage contracts from inception to completionExperience across a wide range of sectorsTeam and ProjectsThe Reading team is well established with exciting projects including theatres and auditoria, high rise apartments, prime residential houses, CAT A and B fit out, peer review for £100m+ projects, defence and security projects, healthcare, retail, and overseas works. Current work includes 11 sites in Africa with additional projects in Serbia. Travel is not essential, but overseas travel can be offered if of interest. We frequently engage with local schools and charities to support the community.Experience and Skills RequiredTo be successful in this role you will have an accredited Building Services degree or higher educational qualification and experience in a similar role. Ideally chartered or working towards chartered engineer status with a suitable institution. You will need to be an excellent communicator who can articulate complicated issues between clients and project teams. You will also need to show willingness to learn, with high levels of diligence and organisational skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
