What you'll be doing:

• Leading electrical design on a range of building services projects
• Taking responsibility for project delivery, client liaison, and team coordination
• Mentoring and developing junior engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth
• Supporting the development and expansion of the London office, contributing to business growth strategies
• Championing innovative, sustainable engineering solutions

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer within a building services consultancy
• Strong track record of delivering projects across sectors such as commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments
• Ability to lead projects and inspire teams
• Chartered, or working towards Chartership (CIBSE, IET or equivalent)
• Excellent communication skills and a drive to develop client relationships
