You'll play a key role in shaping technical direction, contributing to product decisions, and providing technical guidance across the team. This is an office-based role in Margate.The ideal candidate is an experienced embedded engineer with strong hands-on experience developing firmware for microcontroller-based products, looking to step into or build on a team leadership role.
