The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of all building systems, overseeing preventative and reactive maintenance, and supporting residents with the highest levels of service.

What you’ll do

• Carry out maintenance and repairs across residences, plant, and common areas, ensuring the highest standards
• Monitor and manage the Building Management System (BMS) to maximise safety, efficiency, and sustainability
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and support emergency response procedures
• Coordinate subcontractors and assist the Chief Engineer with reporting, documentation, and stock control
• Proactively identify opportunities for improved efficiency and long-term value
• Provide professional, courteous service to residents, representing Saint Amand standards at all times

What we’re looking for

• Recognised engineering qualification (e.g. apprenticeship, NVQ, City & Guilds)
• 5+ years’ experience in engineering/maintenance
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, Health & Safety, and specialist systems such as BMS, HIU, CIU, MVHR, AHU
• Knowledge of Crestron and/or Lutron
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure
• A strong communicator with a professional, service-driven approach
