Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, were enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
This role will be within our
Fixed networks team,
youll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.

What will you be doing?
Were looking for someone who knows fibre networks inside out. Youll be the go-to expert for technical support across our service delivery teams. When things get complex, youll step in to solve problems and guide others to the right fix.
Youll lead fault investigations and help resolve issues that need specialist knowledge. Whether its N11 light, flat roof access, Grabo, or mechanical lifters, youll know what to do and how to explain it clearly. Youll also take charge of performance checks and help validate failed jobs, making sure our work meets the highest standards.
When customers raise serious complaints, youll help get to the bottom of it. Youll work with team managers and regional managers to understand what went wrong and how to make it right. Youll also support engineers who need extra help, especially those struggling with OTDS and ELF scores. Youll carry out deep-dive investigations when major faults happen. Youll write clear reports that show what caused the issue and what weve done to fix it. Youll also build guides and tools that help engineers solve problems faster in future.
Youll be part of performance conversations and help us understand how were doing against our targets. Youll highlight areas that need attention and help drive improvements across the board. If youre ready to take the lead, solve tough problems, and help others grow, wed love to hear from you.
