Our customers span leading brands, expanding how they use our platform, automating critical customer service operations and integrating PolyAI into daily workflows.

We’re looking for talented Senior Full Stack Software Engineers to join one of our three high impact teams: Runtime, Data, and Product Engineering. All three teams share high engineering standards and solve challenging technical problems at scale, each with its own mission and focus.

Responsibilities (examples)

  • Contribute to our user-facing platform for building and configuring voice assistants.
  • Contribute to the implementation of our multi-tenant infrastructure across multiple cloud vendors to ensure long-term scalability and maintainability.
  • Take a major role in software development, including writing code, tests, contributing to design ideas, documentation, and code reviews.
  • Work independently on the technical design and implementation of full-stack features for our agent studio platform, from UI to backend to data pipelines.

Requirements

  • 3+ years as a professional Software Engineer with significant experience delivering both backend and frontend features in production.
  • Proficiency in Python and React.
  • Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and maintaining RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with one or more cloud services: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Understanding of algorithms, data structures, system design and complexity analysis.
