Were working with a well-funded AI start-up in London thats gearing up for huge growth. Theyre expecting to scale 10x over the next 18 months.

Theyre now looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help design and build the next generation of their AI-driven platform. Reporting directly into the CTO and collaborating closely with product and research teams, this is a unique chance to take ownership across the stack and make a lasting impact in a company at the forefront of applied AI.

The role

This isnt your standard engineering role

youll be working end-to-end across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure. Youll build sleek, scalable applications with React and Next.js, design and maintain robust APIs with Node.js and Python, and architect solutions deployed on AWS or GCP. Youll also set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage SQL databases, and ensure the platform is secure, reliable, and ready to scale. For the right person, theres the chance to shape engineering best practices and mentor junior developers as the team grows. Experience with Three.js is a big plus. The role is full-time, 5 days a week in their London office.

What theyre looking for Strong experience as a Full-Stack Engineer across React, Next.js, Node.js, and Python. Solid knowledge of SQL databases and data modelling. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP). Proven track record building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. Someone comfortable owning projects end-to-end in a fast-paced environment. Bonus: experience with Three.js or other 3D libraries. Whats on offer Up to £120,000 salary Significant equity package Direct line into the CTO
