The Role You'll take ownership of geotechnical input on a range of projects, leading design packages and coordinating site investigations. Working closely with civil and structural teams, you'll provide technical expertise across all stages of project delivery, from feasibility through to construction.

Key Responsibilities Leading geotechnical design for foundations, retaining walls, basements, and temporary works Managing ground investigations and interpreting geotechnical data Delivering design calculations, analyses, and reports to industry standards Supporting project management, including liaising with clients and contractors Mentoring junior engineers and reviewing their work About You 4-6 years' geotechnical engineering experience within a consultancy environment Proven background in geotechnical design and analysis on building or infrastructure projects Strong technical knowledge of soil mechanics, ground modelling, and geotechnical design codes Experience in client-facing roles with good communication and coordination skills Degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering (MSc desirable) Working towards or already chartered (ICE or similar) What's on Offer Competitive salary and benefits Career progression towards senior/chartered status Exposure to high-profile projects across London and the UK A supportive and collaborative working environment If you're an ambitious Geotechnical Engineer looking to take the next step into a Project or Senior Engineer role, this opportunity offers the ideal platform to progress your career.
