Role: Senior Hardware Design EngineerSalary: £50,000 - £60,000Location: Near ColchesterSponsorship is NOT providedMain skills we are looking for:Advanced hardware design expertise: digital, analogue, and RF hardware design (including high-speed signal design, RF, power management, and EMI/EMC considerations).Strong debugging and testing skills: hands-on use of oscilloscopes, logic analysers, and spectrum analysers to validate and troubleshoot hardware.Proficiency with Altium Designer: schematic capture and PCB layout creation.Project leadership and cross-functional collaboration: managing complex product development from concept to production while working with software, mechanical, test, and manufacturing teams.Mentorship and technical guidance: providing support and knowledge transfer to junior engineers.If you are interested in this role and would like to discuss it further, please send your updated CV to mmohamed@pg-rec.com.
