Location: Hampshire, United Kingdom.

Salary: £45,000 - £58,000 + Benefits

Hybrid: 12 days per month to work remotely with 1 day carry over to next month. Typically around 60% of time can be remote.

Projects: Carbon Capture / Onshore / Offshore / Hydrogen / Renewables.

Responsibilities

• Produce project safety deliverables, including HSE Plans, HSE Philosophy, and Terms of Reference for safety workshops.
• Attend and participate in safety workshops such as HAZID/ENVID, HAZOP, and SIL.
• Manage and sign off on safety actions.
• Liaise with clients and occasionally with external stakeholders.
• Act as Project Discipline Lead for a UK project, ensuring timely issuance of deliverables to support the project schedule.
• Must have experience in HSE Concept, Basic/FEED, and Detail Engineering, for both onshore and offshore Oil & Gas projects.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience in HSE Concept, Basic/FEED, and Detail Engineering for onshore and offshore Oil & Gas projects.
• Ability to lead safety deliverables and liaise with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and project coordination skills.
