Great Baddow, Chelmsford, Essex (hybrid working 2-3 days per week onsite) – 6 month duration – Pay rate £33 p/h PAYE basic (£37.80 p/h including holiday pay) or £44.40 p/h Umbrella
We are looking to recruit a Senior Integrated Logistics Support Engineer to work for our defence client on complex naval projects. You will be responsible for producing ILS deliverables to the required standard, as directed by the ILS Manager / Principal ILS Engineer, to achieve the stated requirement. You will undertake review and assessment of engineering data pertaining to the support deliverables and provide engineering and technical guidance on ILS Engineering support disciplines to internal and external stakeholders.
Typical duties include:
Act as the focal point of contact for ILS activities relating to specific programmes as directed by the ILS Manager / Principal ILS Engineer. Support the peer reviewing of specific ILS deliverables to ensure the delivered output achieves the stated requirement. Manage and drive their own areas and activities of analysis, monitoring their own progress, quality and performance, reporting as required and seeking assistance when necessary. Pro-actively seek direction and guidance in the identification and sourcing of suitable Subject Matter Experts and design documentation, required to support the ILS activities.
