Overview Senior ILS Engineer – Client: BAE Systems • Duration: 6-12 months contract • Location: Great Baddow, Essex • Hourly Pay: £33 PAYE or £44.40 Umbrella • Working Arrangements: Hybrid, 2 to 3 days on site Role Purpose Lead ILS deliverable development, peer reviews, sustainment analysis, and bid support to ensure systems are engineered for long-term reliability and supportability. Key Skills
Experience with DefStan, JSP, DLF Strong ILS methods: LORA, FMEA/FMECA, MTA, RCM, LSAR, etc. Lifecycle modelling tool proficiency Excellent analytical, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills
