Youll will build strong working relationships throughout the organisation, understanding system needs and helping deliver the correct solutions. Is this for you? Extensive experience as an Infrastructure Engineer, coupled with a keen interest in cybersecurity, is essential. Proficiency across the Microsoft product suiteincluding Teams, SharePoint, Defender, and Entrais required, along with proven capability in managing telephony systems within Microsoft Teams, ideally incorporating a Contact Centre function. The role also demands expertise in device management using Microsoft Intune, including App Management, Conditional Access, and App Protection Policies. A solid background in supporting and troubleshooting network infrastructure is vital, with knowledge of LAN, firewall, and Wi-Fi technologies; experience with Cisco Meraki would be advantageous.
