Role: Senior IT Field Delivery Engineer Wales Location: Field-based (Wales) Contract Type: Permanent Salary Package: Competitive base salary plus large company benefits, a flexible benefits scheme, and two paid volunteering days per year Hours: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday Role Purpose: To attend various sites across Wales to provide IT support for hardware and software, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Key Responsibilities: Diagnose, repair, and maintain IT hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals) across multiple sites. May also include basic support for servers, AV, telephony, and network infrastructure. Resolve operating system and application-related incidents in line with defined procedures. Deliver IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) work to required specifications. Maintain regular communication with relevant internal teams and site contacts throughout the working day.
