Role Purpose: The Senior IT Infrastructure & Support Engineer ensures the reliability, security, and efficiency of the organisations IT systems. The role exists to maintain and develop core infrastructure, provide advanced technical support, and contribute to the resilience of business-critical systems, including ERP and cybersecurity tools. In addition, the role plays a key part in strengthening the IT teams capability by sharing expertise and supporting the professional growth of colleagues. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level technical support across the business, including troubleshooting complex issues with infrastructure, applications, and user devices. Maintain and support key systems such as Active Directory, Azure, Exchange 365, virtualised environments (Hyper-V), and backup solutions.
