The Role

Windsor or East Berkshire Based + Travel Across Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey & West London. The Senior IT Support Engineer will provide IT support and project delivery for customers based in Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey & West London as well as in-house and remote projects. The role is based on site at our major customers and also within our head office located in Windsor, Berkshire. A driving license and access to your own transport is required – a generous mileage allowance is paid for business travel. All candidates will be required to be DBS enhanced security checked.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of technologies and work within a fast-paced environment with the full support of our consultancy that has over 20 years of experience in IT service delivery. The candidate should have at least 5 years of customer-facing experience and a minimum of two years in a commercial IT support/projects role. A degree or technical qualification in a relevant field is preferred; candidates with recent Microsoft technical qualifications are highly regarded.

  • Degree Level IT Qualification or demonstrable equivalent industry experience
