Senior IT Support Engineer

Senior IT Support Engineer based on-site with a client, a secondary school in Towcester. The role is within a leading IT support and solutions provider. We value staff and offer career development and training opportunities to maximise progression.

Responsibilities

• Focus on escalated support cases.
• Contribute to project work as opportunities arise.
• Help manage, guide and upskill an apprentice in the team (leadership interest beneficial).

Essential skills / Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• MS365
• Excellent troubleshooting ability
• Active Directory

Salary and Benefits

£30,000 to £37,000 basic salary per annum plus benefits including bonus, pension, medical scheme, 23 days holiday (+ birthday and bank holidays), and excellent training & development plans.
