Senior Helpdesk Analyst

to provide onsite and remote technical support across multiple office locations across the central belt. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an industry leading Law Firm. This role offers the opportunity to work in a busy, professional services environment where you'll play a key part in keeping systems running smoothly, ensuring excellent customer service, and helping users remain productive. Travel to other sites required: Glasgow, Stirling and Newcastle The Role: Providing in-person and remote technical support, ensuring a positive user experience. Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and escalated technical issues. Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop and networking equipment. Managing Active Directory, user accounts, and permissions. Documenting incidents and resolutions clearly and accurately. Travelling regularly to offices across Newcastle, Glasgow, Edinburgh, and Stirling.
