*What We’re Looking For* We’re looking for a self-motivated, well-organised engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to learning and a strong commitment to safety and service excellence.
*Requirements:* * NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering, Servicing & Maintenance or equivalent (J-Module) * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in routine lift maintenance and servicing * At least 10 years’ experience in diagnostics and fault-finding across a range of lift systems * Full UK driving licence * Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team * A flexible and adaptable approach to working hours
*Key Responsibilities:* * Perform scheduled lift servicing and minor repairs * Attend breakdowns and identify faults with minimal supervision * Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times * Deliver excellent customer service on every job * Accurately complete technical reports and documentation * Manage time and workload efficiently
*Salary & Benefits:* * Competitive salary (dependent on experience) * Flexible working hours: Monday to Friday (typically 8:00am–4:00pm or 9:00am–5:00pm) * 37.5 hours per week, plus 30-minute unpaid lunch break * Paid travel time – *door-to-door* * Company vehicle and fuel card * Company phone * Access to trade cards and paid-for parking/congestion zone tools (e.g. Ringo, Congestion Fees) * Unlimited overtime opportunities * 23 days annual leave plus UK public holidays * Company events and team-building activities * Opportunities to achieve NVQ Level 4 (subject to qualifying period) * Internal training and professional development support
