What You'll Do

• Lead technical delivery across high-impact client engagements, ensuring excellence in ML solutions.
• Architect, train, and deploy production-grade models using Databricks and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Apply MLOps best practices to maintain scalable, reliable ML systems.
• Translate complex business challenges into robust, data-driven solutions.
• Mentor and manage junior engineers, fostering a culture of curiosity and collaboration.
• Contribute to internal Centres of Excellence and help shape advanced capabilities.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ML/Data Science, with a strong track record of deploying models in production.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Practical experience with Databricks MLFlow
• Proven leadership in technical delivery and team management.
• Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness.
