You will use manufacturing data to identify and resolve issues, lead root cause analysis, and contribute to the introduction of new products and processes. This is a hands-on role working closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure performance, quality, and efficiency targets are met and exceeded.SENIOR MANUFACTURING ENGINEER ESSENTIAL SKILLS:HND (minimum) in Manufacturing / Production Engineering or related disciplineStrong knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes across multiple technologiesProven track record in delivering improvements to production efficiency and qualitySkilled in root cause analysis, FMEA, Lean and Six Sigma principlesAbility to interpret manufacturing data and communicate solutions effectivelyExperience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and design for manufacture (DFM)TO BE CONSIDERED:Please either apply through this advert or email me directly via ryan.baker@searchability.com.
