Candidate needs to have 3-5years experience in a Marine/Heavy Diesel Senior level position within the maritime sector. This is a permanent/shore-based role working around UK, candidate needs to have experience working in a senior level role as engineer within maritime sector. Candidate will not be expected to sail with the crew daily, as will be overseeing maintenance when the vessels come alongside in the evening, or during the day – the hours are up to 11hours per day working each day which could be day or night shift.This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Service Engineer. The Senior Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing field service, offering technical support, and performing maintenance and repair tasks on marine systems. Their day-to-day tasks will also include effective communication with clients and team members to ensure all services are carried out efficiently and professionally.
