Take charge of designing heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems for residential buildings, covering RIBA stages 3 to 5. Youll specify pipes, ducts and equipment, making sure everything is efficient and up to standard. Youll also use advanced software to calculate and optimise your designs, giving you hands-on experience with the tools that matter most. What youll need

At least 5 years experience in building services design, so youre confident in creating mechanical systems that work in the real world Strong commercial awareness, allowing you to balance performance with cost and deliver value to clients A desire to mentor others, as youll be helping junior engineers develop their skills About the company
